My name is Vanessa Papesh, and I am a stay at home mom to my daughter and three cats. My husband and I married in 2019 in Las Vegas, later having a ceremony at our church with close friends and family here in Nebraska. I enjoy capturing all of the moments in life ever since I was a young child, my favorite photos are not the traditional posed images, but the photos that tell a story.

I created Moments by Papesh Creative in 2023. I had been doing event and commercial photography for a few years and a member of our church had asked me to photograph their wedding day. I fell in love with wedding photography and soon after, others started asking me to photograph their special days. It has always been an honor to be present on one of the most important days of someone’s life, going through all of the emotions, and being there with your family and friends. To me, capturing the day exactly as it was is so important, telling the story and capturing memories that will last for generations. While photographing your wedding day, I want to really get to know you; sit down and talk to you about your story. This really helps me to tell your love story through the art of photography. It’s important to me to help you curate a family photo list for the day of your wedding. One thing I have noticed about all past weddings is that the family photos are so important. These photos are shared every holiday, birthday, and special event. Establishing a timeline and family photo list are top priority here. Other photos that inspire me capture the emotion of the day, making you feel as if you were living it in each image. There are so many beautiful moments in between that I love to capture. I always ensure that you will work directly with me for your wedding and that we are a small, local, Nebraska family-owned business.
